What a great first time experience due to the wonderful assistance of Murray River Caravan Hire.
A group of friends and I have been going to Deniliquin for many years but I have had to stay at a motel rather than with the group at the McLeans Beach Caravan Park. This year I looked at options for on site vans but there were none through the park. So after checking the internet I came across the MRCH website and thus started what I think will be a long relationship.
Jason was very helpful and went to great lengths to provide an Evernew Ensuite van and also assisted with the delivery and set up of the van. Being on my own this was much appreciated and meant that all I had to do was turn up. The van was terrific, all set up with everything you could need and was home away from home. Being my first time ever in a caravan I was surprised at the space and comfort and enjoyed the experience. It gave me the opportunity for the very first time to spend all my time with the crew rather than back and fowards to a motel.
A call to Jason to check on something and he was so helpful and obliging and when he collected the van, contacted me to make sure everything was ok. Thats customer service that is rare these days. As a result of this experience I have booked again for next year and passed the word about MRCH. I would recommend it to anyone and hope to learn to tow a van for future trips with other friends on their journeys interstate in the future.
